When we first decided to list our home, Dan came right over to help us decide what needed to be done to the home to maximize our sales price. Prior to listing, he was there with us every step of the way, recommending contractors and ensuring the work was all done quickly and at a reasonable price. His excellence shone in his marketing, and we were astounded at the impact his marketing efforts had on the sale. Dan’s doggedness in emailing and calling his network of buyers drove over 50 people to our open house a day after listing. This was especially notable as it occurred during what was termed a “downturn” in the market.
